Periodical Inspection

According to Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133) Section 85A, any building that have more than 5 level or including basement is consider a level shall need to be inspected within the period of not more than 10 years upon the issuance of CF (Certificate of Fitness)

For conducting periodical inspection, it will involve 3 protocols as below:

  1. Protocol 1; Visual Inspection
  2. Protocol 2; Detail structural investigation
  3. Protocol 3; Report after rectification works.

Scope of Inspection:

  1. Structural building element
  2. Surrounding building structure including slope, water tank, retaining wall and drainage.
