Building Condition Assessment is a process of physical building condition rating that involved on inspection, assessment, measurement and translation of on-going data or scale with the the purpose of getting the physical condition status of assets, components for further action purpose (maintenance/ repair/ refurbishment/ replacement/ upgrading or demolition)
